Association Culinaire Francaise de Secours Mutuel

About

The Association Culinaire Francaise de Secours Mutuel was first established by Emile Fetu and Georges Auguste Escoffier in 1932 following the merge of the Club Culinaire and the Societe Culinaire both founded in and around 1845.

Its purposes to this days , are not only to perpetuate its founders ideals but to also evolve and feed from new and fresh inputs from its younger generations of members.

As the Association Culinaire Francaise has always been motored by the strong will and support of voluntary and the benevolous , we are welcoming and calling on all keen and motivated individuals so to exchange not only skills and ideas but to also commit some of your time so to carry on the great flambeau represented hereby.
